Pc-dev provides network architecture and hardware optimization consultancy, including LAN structural planning, server room thermal analysis, and automated data backup configuration. All services are delivered based on a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties. No verbal modifications are binding.
The client must provide accurate information about existing infrastructure, physical access to server rooms and network closets, and a designated point of contact. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Pc-dev.
All deliverables — including network diagrams, thermal maps, configuration scripts, and documentation — are provided for the client's internal use only. Pc-dev retains the right to use anonymized data for internal benchmarking and portfolio examples unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Pc-dev's liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of data, lost revenue, or downtime caused by third-party hardware or software. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups before any configuration changes.
Either party may terminate a project with seven days' written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the notice date. Pc-dev reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
These terms may be updated with 14 days' notice via email. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version is always available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the client's primary office is located. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
